Upgrading MySQL Connector (no replies)

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the MySql Connector on a Windows Server 2003. Currently the connector version is 6.3.5.0.

The issue is that the different websites I am hosting has a different MySQL.Data.Dll in their respective Bin folders. How do I go about upgrading the different dll files? Removing or adding the dll files directly causes a MySql error. Most of the websites have the dll files of different versions. Are there further configurations that I must do after installing the new connector?
