We have a question about our problem in MySQL connection, the connection stop or some of clients got this error. 'Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts'. This error was happened after a several hours. Some of clients can't connect but some client are still connected to the server.. After a several minute the connection returns to normal state. Also there's an instance that all of the clients got this error at the same time.
When we are using MySQL almost 1 year. We are using one of our client computer as server. But now when we are using the IBM server, we encounter this problem.
We are planning to reformat the PC's then upgrade to the newer version of MySQL.
These are the existing OS and MySQL that we are using..
Operating System:
SERVER-Windows Server 2008
CLIENTS-Windows XP
MySQL:
MySQL version 5.0
MySQL Connector 5.0.7
