Installing on VS2008 _AND_ VS2010 (no replies)

I have both Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010 installed. I am running under Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, and have all OS and VS service packs installed. I've installed mysql-connector-net-6.3.5 and I'm able to use it fine in VS2010, but in VS2008, MySql isn't listed as a connection source.

What I'm doing is:
1. Run VS 2008 (in administrator mode)
2. Create a new WinForms project (with .NET 3.5 targeted)
3. Select "add new item" and then select "ADO.NET Entity Data Model"
4. On the first page of the wizard ("Choose Model Contents"), I select "Generate From Database"
5. On the next wizard page, "Choose Your Connection", I click the "New Connection" button.
6. At this point, here's the issue... within the dialog box that comes up ("Choose Data Source"), it lists:
"Microsoft SQL Server"
"Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5"
"Microsoft SQL Server Database file"
...but "MySQL Database" is not listed.

When I perform the same actions in VS2010, "MySQL Database" is also listed.

I've tried re-running the installer (using the repair option) but the installer thinks everything has been installed correctly. BTW, when I initially ran the installer, I installed everything.

I haven't seen any mention of this issue, so I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has any suggestions. I have a legacy project I'm working on, and would like to add MySQL support, so for this one project, I need to use VS2008, and not VS2010.

Thanks,

Jeff
