MySQL fail on IIS (no replies)

Hi

I have the webpage that work with MySQL. Everything is ok in my programing environment. But when i attach my project to IIS the webpage can not work with MySQL Through IIS when i open it from another computer on network.
I think it may be from user of mysql.
May anyone help me,please.
