Missing Method Exception - EFCore 7.0 (no replies)

I get the following error that appears to be a possible bug. This is when using MySql.EntityFrameworkCode 6.07 with Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore 7.0. This error goes away when you switch to Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore 6.07. I am see the error (see below) when I do a "Add-Migration" My apologizes if this is user error because I am new to using the MySQL .Net Connector in a Code First configuration.
