Issue when Adding a new Data Source in VS2015 (no replies)

Hello, I have reinstalled windows, installed VS2015 Enterprise, MySQL Server 8.0.11, .NET Connector 8.0.11 and MySQL for Visual Studio 1.2.8. When I try to Add a Database to my project (which previously had a Data Source that was working fine, but about a week ago stopped working) after selecting the Connection String in the Data Source Configuration Wizard, I get the following message:
"An error ocurred while retrieving the information from the database:
Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values"

I tried to uninstall and reinstall .Net connector and MySQL for Visual Studio but couldn't fix the issue.

Any help will be appreciated!
