Connector/Net 6.9.9 Fail to install (no replies)

hello,

Connector Net 6.9.9 is failing to install. I tried the following.

-remove old 6.9.8, but it fails to uninstall.

- Use RevoUninstaller to removed the old, but I can not install the new.
