MySQLHistoryRepository has not implemented get_ExistsSql() (no replies)

Hi,

I am testing MySQL Entity Framework Core Provider, but unfortunately I cannot apply migrations on server because of incomplete History Repository implementation.

please include migrations on the next preview release.
